7. fffnbsp.com is easy enough to remember for un-savvy net users (”f” three times and then four more letters), and ingeniously witty for those that do get it, which is - frankly - 95% of your readership. For that population, having both “fffnbsp.com” reinforces the name “Whitespace” and vice versa - it’s a cycle. Definitely an excellent way to go.

15. I like validatedvoid.com. It’s easy to type, as I can see myself leaving an f off in fffnbsp, although that is an extremely witty name. I think validatedvoid.com would also allow for a bit more creativity with the logo than fffnbsp (a big block of white!).

    If there is, I would venture that their thought process would go something like this, “fffnbsp.com … what the hell does that mean? Hmmm … it must be very clever … probably over my head. I won’t admit that I don’t get it. It’s probably cooler than I am. I’ll try to figure it out on my own.”

    Research ensues, enlightenment is found, and Clueless Joe feels more a part of the “in-crowd.”

30. I’m a big party pooper — (or ‘contest crapper’, perhaps?) — I don’t really love any of them. fffnbsp.com is the most clever, but like everyone else said, hard for a dummy to remember. I don’t think there are a whole lot of dummies reading your site, mind you. However, if you’re trying to move away from the whole Whitespace branding scheme, then I’d pick smallbreak.com.
